Inspiring Development Trainers/Facilitators/Consultants
Experience should include:
- Substantial experience working with graduates and emerging talent
- Substantial experience working with leaders and teams at a senior level (Board and/or CEO)
- We are extremely interested in consultants who are comfortable delivering in Bahasa Malaysia as well as English, with a view to delivering across BAYU’s regional reach.

Head of Sales
Our requirement is for an experienced people manager to head up our Sales team in both our KL and Kota Kinabalu office. The candidate will have substantial background in Business Development, sales and will have recent experience working in the field of people development or talent consultancy.

Lead Generation / Business Development Executive
The person in this role will be tasked to help grow our training business in Malaysia. Working directly with the CEO and trainers/consultants, this person will develop new relationships and provide ‘leads’ for others to continue to develop.
The person in this role will also proactively target prospects and clients for which there is already some prior knowledge as well as identify new prospective clients. This includes attending networking and marketing events and using various online-based tools while managing inbound inquiries (knowledge/certification in inbound marketing strategies is a bonus). This person will also be involved in setting up meetings with prospective clients, researching the market and engaging them to help us deliver what is a very exciting and unique brand of staff development!
To be successful in this role, the person will need to have strong business awareness and be able to build relationships quickly. They must also be assertive and confident and have capable project management, communication and organisation skills. In order to best engage with clients, experience in the learning and development space is a priority.
